An international financial group operating on the American, Irish, British, Polish and Ukrainian market in few sectors is looking for a person for the position of:
REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (Realtor)
(Place of work: Miami)


Responsibilities:

selling properties for our European and US clients
preparing, negotiating and supervision under real estate purchasing and selling processes
looking for new business partners, building clients database
working on the development and promotion of www.pressitonestate.com portal
close cooperation with departments in Poland and Ukraine
preparing all relevant legal documentation: proposals, offers, contracts, etc.

Requirements:

fluent Polish and English
Broker or Real Estate licences
very good knowledge of real estate market in USA
experience on similar position
list of closed with success deals on real estate market
highly developed communicative skills, excellent knowledge of negotiation techniques
goal-oriented personality
flexibility and ability to seek for innovative solutions in business
